Mark of a good doctor is how they handle casses that are straight forward. My daughter developed some discomfort and involuntary mouth movements after her braces were put on. Since Dr. Fanz was on vacation, an on-call Doc who just took the braces off and asked us to wait for Dr. Franz to return for next steps. Once Dr. Franz returned from vacation, she refused to see us and refused to do any investigation on why the braces caused pain and discomfort. She simply told us to come back in 6 months. We didnt want to delay her treatment so we had to find another dentist who was kind and nice enough to investigate and explain to us what happened and why it happened. Turns out the braces were no put on properly and were irritating my daughters gums. Once the new braces were put on by the new dentist, my daughter was absolutely fine. We were utterly dissapointed with how our daughter's treatment was managed. I will not recommend Dr. Franz or Little Rockies Kids Dental to anyone.
