So unnecessarily slow and inefficient

Not done yet but I came here for a physical and drug screen. I’ve been here over an hour and someone just gave me paperwork to fill out. Waiting room is a little busy but not enough to justify how long this is taking. I think the staff assumes if they have to be here all day, why shouldn’t you. I’ve worked in occ med before and there’s not that much behind the scenes that explains this other than apathy. I wish I could give zero stars.
