Advanced Heart and Vein Center Thornton

The Thornton office is very poorly run and staff incompetence led to a DVT proliferating extensively mid fem to ankle, resulting in lumen scarring. Prefacing this with I ran IVC filters to prevent pulmonary embolisms and peripheral stents, ie the physicians likely use my products. My wife is a RN & former Hospital Exec at a Level 2 hospital where Dr. McDiarmid and his partners have privileges, she knows them. Had likely DVT in calf, presented with mild calf pain. GP sent referral in multiple times. There was ZERO urgency with front office staff to get me in, despite risk of a pulmonary embolism. No one could be bothered to call me back to schedule. After multiple messages I stopped by 3 times in person after to try to resolve after dropping kid off at school nearby. Front office staff, Front office staff, esp the one with tattoos, could care less about helping. No one could be bothered to call my GP to resolve AHVC fax problems despite requesting. 10 plus days this went on.
