Terrible Customer Service, Lack of Help

I was passed around between offices, scheduled at different offices without notice, and lied to about the experience of the provider we saw (we were told he had pediatric experience but he admitted when in the room that he had none). The doctor wasn't able to provide a diagnosis, and the office was little help when I complained. They also could not get me on the patient portal to see the doctor's notes or my bill. I called at least 5 times for assistance. I would never recommend them to anyone.
