Horrible experience. In-patient procedure with Dr. Ellis which was a half hour 'quick' colposcopy was billed as a surgery and I got a huge bill afterwards, which I ended up having to finance. The worst part –the results were 'inconclusive.' The doctor offered to have another couple of doctors give a second set of eyes. Those results were 'inconclusive' too. But I got hit with a $350 bill for those second set of eyes. This wasn't billed through my insurance so I reached out to the office. Spoke with Karen who said she'd resubmit through insurance. Two months later I hadn't heard anything so I figured maybe they were able to take care of it. Or it was still in the works. I checked the mail today to find that the $350 bill was sent to collections and now I'd be taking a hit on my credit. When I called the office Karen could care less. Promised a call-back that day and never heard back. Three days later I got a letter in the mail to say that I am no longer a patient. Full review on Google.
