Sutton Dental and Braces

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services my daughter and I have experienced at your office in relation to her braces treatment. The level of service and lack of accommodations have caused us significant inconvenience and frustration, which I believe need to be addressed immediately.Here are the specific concerns: 1. Repeated Oversights in Treatment: On multiple occasions, your dental assistants forgot to include necessary equipment for my daughter’s braces. 2. Frequent last minute cancelations delaying care 3. Lack of emergency care 4. Treats patients unequally

There are several issues with since place. One, you always (and I mean always) have to wait in the waiting room for a long time. I have waited from 1 to 2.5 hours. I once overheard someone talking on the phone that she and her children had been waiting for 4 hours. Two, there is only one or two dentists working there at any given time. The dentist is running between rooms, that is, treating several patients at the same time, so to speak, which, of course, not only means that your treatment takes much longer than it should, it also means that dentists are much more likely to makes mistakes. To wit, I had to back three times to fix fillings. If you have other options, you should avoid this place.
