Unfortunately, Dermatology Associates of Western CT is completely nonresponsive after you've had an appointment. There is no way to speak to a person when calling, and I have left many messages about a desperately needed prescription. I saw the doctor recently and my insurance has changed, so all I need is the prescription to be put through again to my pharmacy. I have called, sent messages, and tried to get this taken care of with no success, and that is all after being billed for a 5 minute visit where she confirmed a diagnosis from a past doctor. It seems that now that the bill has been paid, Dr. LaRosa will not help you further. I now have to go to a new doctor to get the prescription taken care of.
