The doctor was efficient but we had a misunderstanding to which the woman at front desk became downright rude. The young woman who tested my sight for the correct lens was so nonchalant she seemed disinterested. Above all, they collected my co-pay even though my insurance allows one free annual visit. 'If it is a free annual we will send you a refund', was the reply. But in the meantime, you have my money! I was soooo disappointed, my first visit was a charm. I was so impressed. I guess I expected too much. They're not getting a third chance.

I had eye surgery 3 weeks ago- A procedure so safe, with no recovery time, the dr. mentioned the potential side effects as a throw away line-she herself had never even seen them herself. I still have blurry vision, sensations of something 'flapping' inside my eyeball in the upper left corner when I blink to clear the blurriness. No surgery is 100% safe- I understand that. What I have a hard time with is when the procedure was over, the dr. ran away so quickly she-did not take time to talk to me or explain what I could expect. She stayed maybe 60 seconds and then ran off. Her behavior disqualifies her from the title ' doctor' - she is a machine operator, and maybe not a very skilled one at that. I called the night of the procedure and was contacted by the oncall doctor-not her. To this day, she has not had the integrity to even speak to me. Avoid this practice- my mother used to see Dr. Klein- those days are long gone- beware !!! I
