Hung up on me
I've been trying to find a PCP to see me quickly as I've been having health issues. I was so excited to hear they have appointments two weeks out but when I brought up needing LOA paperwork filled out, the receptionist said 'We don't do that here.' I was slightly dumbfounded as it is a Dr's office and to hear they won't do absence forms is insane. After some arguement she said she would make an appointment for me but they will not fill out any forms. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she hung up. Super unprofessional, no wonder they can get appointments in so fast.
