Not able to speak with practice manager.

Following my visit on Monday with my primary provider, and requested a need to fill a prescription at my local pharmacy by Wednesday. Now Friday, still no available prescription despite multiple calls from myself AND the local pharmacy. This attendant answering the phone is not allowing me to speak to the office manager despite asking repeatedly. Any patient should not need to be cross examined to meet your medical needs that have not been fulfilled as expected.
