Totally incompetent
Took forever to get the 1st visit even though it was a physician referral. They kept telling me I was not in the system. Finally got in, saw me for an entire 3 minutes after keeping me waiting for 40 minutes. Told me to schedule a follow-up visit. This was on Aug. 30. I have been calling since then, talked to multiple people, keep getting the runaround and the main desk keeps telling me there's no record of me having to come back for a scan!!!! I have never experienced such incompetence at a medical facility. Based on this repeated experience - I seriously question the level of care they can provide and am going elsewhere.
