West Hartford Family Dentistry

Beware management is not honest. This is not my main dentist office. I was only there for a periodontic evaluation and scraping. That was the only part that was of my satisfaction. Next I was pressured into making a general cleaning appointment that I was told my insurance will fully pay for a third annual cleaning. That is the fictitious predatory practice scam. As i found out later it would be a $100.00 copay and I promptly cancelled that appointment. Now West Hartford Family Dentist wants a $50.00 broken hygiene appointment. If I wanted to pay for a third cleaning i will drive 3 miles to my own dentist instead of 30 miles to this very dishonest dental office.
