Your information is in danger at this practice
DO NOT GO HERE. They loose medical records and lie about it!!!! I called to have my primary care DR. call in a prescription and they said they have no record of me being there since 2018 and yet they have my married name on file (I got married 2020). I had to go in person to change my name with them when I got my flu shot in 2020 and yet they have no record of this. When I asked to speak to my DR. about where my records when I got that they probably changed my name when someone called in to the office and that I didn't actually go in person. One receptionist even told me that they switched to a new system and something may have gotten lost in the transition. So now they are telling me not only did they loose my medical records they let people change names on medical records over the phone with out any verification or identification. If you were thinking of using this doctor RUN the other way. Your information is not safe in their system.
