So my daughter saw a therapist here for a time and I had to change offices because the secretary in the Hamden office: Vanessa watch out for her, was so rude to myself and my daughter who is the client that she literally hung up on me multiple times, she would inappropriately transfer me to a line with no one answering without even listening to why I was calling and then refused to call me back when I left messages. I tried to address this with the practice but David Aversa never returned my email. Suffice to say, if you care about your child, don't bring them to this office. I don't know if Woodbridge is any better - they actually seem like they are but I would be very careful. My daughter felt extremely alienated by the secretary Vanessa-so much so that she was afraid to ask to go to the restroom. This is not a complaint about the provider as she was fairly good, we just couldn't work with an office that won't return calls.
