Awful lack of communication
Although my first 2 experiences at Allcare were pleasant. My most recent experience has been incredibly upsetting and frustrating. I was seen in urgent care 2/11/23 and I've not received any test results nor a phone call back. Nothing in my patient portal. I've contacted them about 8 or 9 times. I've left vm messages, I've sent messages on the website, and no one has contacted me back. I'm irate and truly disappointed. I can't even retrieve my referral for my mammogram, which is priority. Never again.

Super frustrating
Had an appointment at 12:30, waited for 45 minutes, and the virtual appointment timed out. I then called several times only to be transferred and put on hold. Finally spoke to the actual location (H St) and the assistant insisted that I continue to use the broken link. Obviously, I need to see a doctor… but this is not the place to go. Also, no one has called me back to follow-up even though I called several times and made many attempts.
