Capital Colon & Rectal Surgery

The doctors and PAs are good but the billings are awful; First They didn't have my 2024 insurance info so they billed late; I've never had that issue any doctors I've seen. I need to provide them my previous years insurance which they had it since 2024.The same day they bill me, flood of incorrect charges sending to me; I called Aetna and Capital Digestive Care and sent web mails on their site to explain my charges but nothing was done, Aetna created a case for me; their due date of grievance is in march; I've been harassed by calls and texts and emails and web repeatedly more than 10 times; they are trying to make me pay that Aetna noted was not my responsibility. They have contract with Medicare so Aetna paid what they suppose to pay, my lab work was 0 copay.
