Comprehensive Primary Care & Associates

I went to various Comprehensive Primary Care offices for the last 8 years. In Nov 2021, I had the worst experience I have ever had and the office had me in tears. I have an anxiety med prescription that I needed refilled and I got a nasty message from the office. I have no pills left and it's not a drug you should suddenly stop taking. They were just going to let me run out of medication and never tell me they need to see me or check in on me? I ended up going to urgent care and my OBGYN while I looked for new PCP. 3 weeks later the office called to "dismiss me as a patient". The admin staff is RUDE. The doctors and RNs are average at best. If you have a regular RX you will need refilled, this is NOT a good office to trust with your health. They are disorganized and do not care about you as a person at all. It's 100 times worse since the pandemic started.

I never have to wait long....and the PA is very good and efficient. My biggest complaint is trying to get through on the telephone....i find it impossible and frustrating. I had to gho back for blood work and I was taken quickly and the results were posted with a note from the PA within two days which was great.
