Terrible patient experience
I was left to wait in a room for 1.5 hours with no follow-up from the staff. When I asked, I was treated as if they were the patient and I was the provider. “We don’t provide wait times.” A little communication goes a long way. Do yourself a favor and head elsewhere for care
