Consider looking elsewhere

2 years in and I still don't have straightened teeth. Even worse, the process and experience has been horrendous. Dr Shefferman does not treat patients with respect, nor does he care that his service and treatment are not meeting expectations from a health/medical perspective nor a customer experience perspective. Just off the phone with him again raising my concerns, and he said things like 'I don't care what you would like to do, this is the way I'm doing it' and 'because I said so' and he refuses to currently reimburse any of the many thousands of dollars this cost for this horrible experience. Invest your money wisely, and if it were me to do again, elsewhere.
