Urology Associates of Delaware

'Dr. Kim's Hot staff mess!' Too much Drama! Urology associates cares more for their staff than they care for it's patients. I'm going somewhere where you're treated with compassion with less Drama. I have friends who won't speak out because Urology Associates has an monopoly on Urology in Dover. You have to go north or south to see a Urologist other than Urology Associates. I was scolded out by a staff member because I forgot to take my antibiotic the morning of a procedure. She wouldn't stop saying, 'your the first patient that forgot their antibiotic in the 14 years I've been here. I was about to get a biopsy of my prostate. They gave me an antibiotic and she still wouldn't stop. I walked out after Doctor Kim wouldn't listen to me and took her side. Her behavior was Acceptable.

Rude Doctors and office staff.....would not take care of my problem, so went elsewhere. Problem resolved.

This office has a terrible responds to questions and refill problems. The is never no one in person to answer a questions or assists with a issue. They need a person that will pick up the phone and not have to go through so many prompts.

Have been awaiting refund of co-pay since July 5, 2022. It is now September 30, 2022 and still no refund after numerous calls and promises that refund was to be sent.
