My wife had an appointment November 13 for dental work. The previous Tuesday November 7 she had a conversation with one of the dental staff about scheduling her dental cleaning and that she had an appointment on Monday November 13 and confirming it. Then on Thursday November 16 she gets a bot text at 9:30am to respond by 11am, that’s one hour and a half, to confirm her appointment or it will be canceled. My wife had trouble sleeping the night before due to her extreme sensitivity of her tooth and slept in that morning and responded when she woke up at 11:30am only to be told her appointment was canceled. I called the office staff on Friday and talked to the original receptionist and the clinical supervisor to see if they could make this right with an appointment sooner than several weeks away. I was told by both there was nothing they could do and that was their policy. They could of said wait until Monday and we will talk to the office manager to see if we can make this right, but no.
