I have been seeing Cynthia Hempler at Focus for years but she is retiring soon and referred me to another NP in the office. I was nervous because it took me a long time to build the relationship I had with Cindy and I was afraid I wouldn’t feel comfortable with someone new. That couldn’t have been further from the truth. I saw Margaret ( Molly ) Shaw today and she instantly made me feel comfortable. It was like talking to a friend. She actually listens to what you have to say unlike some who just type away on their keyboard while you speak. She was non-judgmental and empathetic. Not to mention knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for help. She takes the time to explain exactly what you need to know. I needed a change in meds and she gave me options instead of just blindly prescribing a new medication. I appreciate being able to have input. I can’t say enough good about her. I’m 100% satisfied and trust the treatment I am receiving!
