Ocean Eye Care is tastefully designed with coastal vibes. Admin. staff was friendly & helpful getting me in that very day due to a cancellation. Danielle, an ophthalmic technician, thoroughly explained everything while using state-of-the-art diagnostic technology, including Visual Field test, glaucoma test, Optical Coherence Tomography test, & retinal photography. Everything on the computer was shared with me. I could see my eye, my optic nerve fibers, etc. Dr. Jay Taylor, the optometrist, was out-of-the-park friendly, genuine, and skilled. Made me feel comfortable immediately, like I had known him forever. Once my eyes were dilated, he did a cataract evaluation, checked for glaucoma, did a retinal exam, etc. Very thorough later explaining his detailed findings in easy to understand language. Beth, my Optician, guided me in selecting the glasses that best fit my face and lifestyle. So cheerful & knowledgeable. OEC is indeed patient-centered offering high quality service. Five Stars!
