When the doctor you are scheduled to see does not show up for the appointment, they recruit the janitor to take his place?My doctor's replacement ended up to be some guy with a bad attitude, in-a-hurry, and he failed to convince me he was a professional in the healthcare industry.I was there to be educated in a procedure that I was to do at home. He was very anxious to get me to pull down my pants, which I was not prepared to do. From there it just got worse. To make a short story shorter, he ended up walking out of the room on me. I never got my education. I never got my medicine, or the syringes. I ended up very upset and angry. It was difficult to handle this situation without demanding to speak with whoever was in charge. THIS IS JUST ANOTHER CASE OF THE MEDICAL CARE INDUSTRY ABUSING THEIR POWER OVER PATIENTS. Their motto continues . . . 'You get what we give you, whether you like it or not. NOT THIS PATIENT.

They state they are focused on safety and health of pts and providers regarding COVID. They require pts to wear mask, but their people with direct pt. contact pull their mask down to talk, or keep their mask under their chin. The lady at front desk consistently coughing has her mask pulled down. When I was at chk out desk she had mask under chin along with another woman with long hair with mask under her chin. They are not pt focused. I tried to do what I was told to by NP, but the one with long hair told me I don't need to do that, stood up and criticized what the NP told me to do. She can't seem to do her own job but thinks she has the authority to criticize the professional that I just met with. I previously had an appt with the doctor. When I showed up for appt I was dumped onto a PA's schedule, without being advised prior to PA walking in exam room. Trying to get a callback is ridiculous. Phone staff is rude. Left messages for practice admin, but he doesn't bother. GO ELSEWHERE
