LPG Family Medicine- Babcock

All the staff at the front desk have horrible customer service behaviors. They are more concerned about being gatekeepers and following Lee Health policies & procedures than achieving any level of patient satisfaction. Every single one has demonstrated absolute apathy towards the needs of their patients. Dr. Angelino has been very good to me and my family. The nurses and physician assistants have been terrific, too. Every single person at the front desk and the administration of this practice need to be handed pink slips. I for one look forward to competition in the PCP selection here in BR - coming very soon (2025)! Once that happens, bye-bye LPG @ BR. You will be losing a lot of patients, and by then, it will be too late to react to having more patient caring, empathetic, and proactive front desk staff.
