While I’ve had some great experiences with nurse practitioners at My Doc, all of the ones I trusted have since left the practice. I followed them to their new practices, and they’ve shared how awful it was to work there. That should tell you something about how this office is run!Recently, the office made a billing mistake due to incorrect coding, and they refuse to take any responsibility. I’ve tried multiple times to resolve the issue, but they won’t even get on the phone with me to fix it. Instead, they’re blaming Quest Diagnostics for their own error and won’t even contact their Quest representative to sort it out.I’ve spent far too much time trying to deal with their uncooperative and unprofessional staff. If you value your time and peace of mind, STAY AWAY from this place. There are plenty of other practices where the staff actually cares about their patients and will take responsibility when they make a mistake.

Deceptive billing practices for impersonal care. Will not go back there again

As a patient there of about 2 years I can honestly say that my experience was extremely disappointing to say the least. At my annual visit, I was asked to call my pharmacy and inquire about what my previous birth control prescription was (no idea why they don't have that on file) . After clearing that up with the pharmacy , I tried to have this office fix the issue on their end so I could be prescribed the right pill . After a FULL WEEK of being given the run around by rude office workers, I decided to go into the office myself to speak with a doctor. When I arrived I was told no I could not speak with anyone bc they were very busy. I had to go into work an hour late just to be told that I could not speak to a doctor at an office that has been treating me for 2 years and has delivered one of my children. I am now stuck looking for another doctor who can prescribe my medication since I struggle with a hormonal disorder and I need the birth control to be regulated.

Made appointment for endometriosis treatment because the info I saw online said they did. Let them know that was why I was coming in when scheduling the appointment online, and when I talked to someone on the phone to confirm. Was never asked for my records ahead of time and then the nurse was condescending when I said I did not have records. Was told I was meeting with the doctor and then met with the PA who walked in the room and did not look at me, and just said her name and she would be helping me today. She then questioned why I was there even though I had provided the reason several times at that point. She also made a snide remark about my records. I let her know I was never asked for them ahead of time and she went in to inform me they do not have treatment plans for endo and they could refer me to another doctor… after they had already billed me for the appointment. When I became upset the PA said “don’t get upset” at which point I let her know I was leaving.
