I have been seeing Dr. Lucas for years for annual skin cancer checkups. I developed a weird rash two day before leaving for a vacation. They got me in the same day I called and I was seen by PA Sarah. Very pleasant, professional and efficient.

JUST A PLEASURE

My NP sent me for a full body skin exam. Family history of melanoma, and a spot on my face. He also emphasized that it would be 'every square inch.' OK. Dr Kennedy and the medical assistant (Vanessa?) were very courteous and professional. She didn't want to burn more tissue than she had to on my ear. She asked questions and listened. The one spot on my face did not concern her, but I wish I'd asked her specifically. I wanted to see what she'd find on her own. I don't know if she noticed. I have a little doubt now because of that. My fault. I have a little more doubt because there were places she certainly could not see. I don't know. Maybe it's normal to skp those parts. I didn't want to sound like I was telling her how to do her job. She found spots I never noticed. This sounds more negative than I intend. Overall, I think she's very good.

I took our 13 year old daughter to see Lisa Tack today to be proactive on making she sure has the proper skincare routine to prevent acne. Lisa was incredibly informative, friendly and made our daughter feel comfortable asking questions. It's comforting to know she has someone who cares should any issues arise.

Came to Rendon Center because I had psoriasis and someone recommended Dr Reed. Though I still have psoriasis she has stayed with me with kindness, professionalism and up to date information on this journey of trying to get rid of an autoimmune condition that frustrates many.

Where are u from originally? What an odd assumption to make. Dermatoscope was not used on me. Yet, Dr. Coven added it to the summary. Stuck on warty , greasy Papule. Medical terms? Cherry Angiomas was never mentioned. sunscreen is was never mentioned. I was not screened for Tobacco use. I am a non smoker.

Simply put, a caring and great staff. I’ve been going there for a decade I think, since the old office and have been treated very well.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Reed, and I was very pleased. Waited approx. 5 minutes for my appointment. Her PA was lovely. I had a full body check and a couple of growths frozen. Dr. Reed is thorough, personable, and answers all your questions with a warm smile.Leave extra early for your appointment because parking is really difficult. A very nice young man was doing complimentary valet but even those spots filled up leaving me circling until someone left.
