Deceptive communication, pricing, and billing
The reviews on other sites regarding DECEPTIVE pricing, billing, and communication are correct. I was the latest victim! Even if you ask for only 100% covered services, they will attempt to charge you for additional services WITHOUT EVER asking if you want those services or not. If you do not ask for the details (which they do not provide up front), you would never know. STAY AWAY - NOT WORTH THE STRESS

Rude & incompetent
YES rude and incompetent. They try to get you to get high price procedures like crowns, etc when a filling will suffice. Canceled all my appointments. They will charge you even if your insurance will pay everything. Stay away or be taken for a ride you will not like. The administrative staff is totally incompetent.
