The WORST experience I've ever had at a doctor's office. I live in Lehigh Acres, nearly an hour away from this location because recently my Endocrinologist recently changed locations. At the time that I scheduled the appointment, I didn't have health insurance at the time, so there wasn't an issue. It wasn't until I got a call that my doctor was "sick" and I would have to reschedule my appointment, did an issue arise. Two days before my appointment, I was contacted by someone from the office, stating that they didn't have my insurance on file, (mind you I already told them I didn't have insurance when I made my appointment) but I explained to them that I had just gotten health insurance within the last week, and when they pushed for the information, I told them that I was at work and didn't have the information with me, (I wasn't even mailed a ID card yet!) and the lady kept pushing with an attitude, stating she would need the information before I arrived to my appointment.
