Total waste of time worst care

Doctor was not interested in doing an exam spoke from doorway never touched a foot asked why I was there ( diagnose yourself ) If I wanted a virtual or crystal ball doctor I wouldn’t have come personally . He did offer cortisone injections that my medical records clearly state I am allergic too . Then said take nsaids again contraindicated due to anaphylaxis. Maybe reading the patients medical records would be helpful . He left me to get antiquated foot X-ray with front desk worker .He never returned to room or spoke to me yelled to front desk to book me several times a week for “ tens” treatments ( can do at home ) and ultrasound treatments .The Front desk asks you to guess your blood pressure and vitals as they don’t do that .Is this even considered medical care ?
