Poor customer service and communication
Patient portal is pretty much useless. No ability, any longer, to message Dr. Requested prescription refill 3 days ago, along with the pharmacy also requesting refill 2 days ago. No response! Call and you are put on hold for endless minutes. Leave a message for a call back and you might get that a day or two later. Totally irritating and not in the best interests of their patient's health. Please do better!

No way to contact office staff
The visits are not the problem most of the time. The big problem is no way to contact the office. I cant call and make or cancel appts they don't answer the phone ,just an annoying music or a repeat of message or saying there mailbox is full. REALLY!I also I do INR test at home so if My INR is out of range I need to get infor on the adjustment for warfarin. I hardly ever get a call back for that as well . For at least a year now so feed up! Im looking for another doctor.
