Adult patients beware!!! My experience is from 2018-2021. Had a very unfortunate case with this man. He never took kindly to questions. Even though he said it was good to ask questions, he was visibly annoyed when I wanted to know what he was doing. I needed jaw surgery, and the original timeframe he told me was 12-18 months, but after braces came on, he always said "I don't know" or "we'll see" when I asked him when I could get the surgery done. Took him 32 months to prepare me for jaw surgery which was conveniently after I finished paying off the braces. After surgery, he would not do anything which caused me a lot of confusion. My jaw began tilting, my lip misaligned due to teeth not being fixed, and many other issues that were not fixed. He stated they were the surgeon's issues and that I needed to go speak with her. He told me rubber bands don't work on adults, and finally nearly 3 months after surgery he finally did something to my braces. Unfortunately, my mouth was already mess
