Love my therapist. Absolutely cannot stand the people who work in the office. They are supposed to be working with at-risk people who are struggling, possibly at their lowest point in their lives, and they are extremely unkind and unprofessional. They usually don’t bother to answer the phone. When they do, they are snarky and rude and they treat you like you’re trash. I am so tired of calling this office and being disrespected by the staff as if I am an inconvenience when I am paying for my services and I am always respectful to them. If it weren’t for my amazing provider, I would not come back. Short-staffed or not, the way they treat people who are struggling is absolutely disgusting.

I don’t believe that there is one, not one competent therapist working at Baycare. Office staff horrible, intake specialist also awful. I have tried two different therapist now and they were both disengaged, like they had something better to do and I was interrupting them. One therapist kept looking at his watch every 5 minutes. Yes I understand that they have to keep an eye on the time,, but every 5 minutes? Very distracting. Other therapist was just rude and when I discussed my situation made me feel like I was making it up.. I came voluntarily to therapy for help, why would I make something up?..Made me feel inadequate and like was bothering them. I was mortified. NO THANK YOU.. I will go elsewhere for actual help and trained therapist.
