Update: almost a year later I received a bill for a balance we do not owe. Tried contacting them again was told I would receive a call on Monday, again that did not happen. Go figure. I also emailed the District manager Nixzaliz Baez and still have not received a response. This whole experience has been a nightmare from scheduling, balance billing, and the actual sales driven visit (don’t expect to see a dentist in person, it will be virtual).In addition to filing a complaint with the state dental board, I'm writing this review because I don't know what else to do. My husband was seen in June but they billed the claim to insurance listing me as the patient. They also charged us more than what the EOB shows as the patient's responsibility. I called the insurance and they voided the claim and stated that Coast Dental would need to rebill the claim listing my husband as the patient. I have been trying since July 10th t

DO NOT GO! I made a appointment for cleaning and xrays that my insurance paid for. I originally had 1st appointment with them on a weekday, they called and changed it to a Saturday. Not knowing there was no doctor on site. They conducted services by tv screen that someone's comes on and discusses your xray results. They would not clean without other procedures first costing $350. So I walked out coming back the next day to sign a release for my xrays to another doctor for review. I get a statement from my insurance that states I may owe $250 for tele dentistry. I did not request this service nor will I pay for it. If a doctor was not on site they should have not made an appointment. All I wanted was a routine cleaning. DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT UNNECCESSARY SERVICE.
