Dental Care at Midpoint

The first time that I went there the Hispanic assistant was nice but things went downhill from there. The new assistant they got had a very un-american attitude and was acting like some kind of pushy security guard - my husband couldn't be with me and when I was done I had to wait a while because he had to call to the checkout to make sure everything was 'clear'. Weirdest situation I have ever seen at a dentist's office. Never ever going back.

Be forewarned:Their office gave me an estimate for several dental procedures, and assured me that for one procedure the cost would only be zero dollars.This seemed to good to be true so I verified at least two times on different days with other members of their staff.Yes they said it was true, so I went ahead with this particular procedure which in the aftermath of hurrricane IAN seemed like a good idea since everyone was short of money repairing their houseA few weeks later I get a bill for $640 which about a week later miraculously turned into a follow-up bill of well over $900.So they went from zero estimated cost to close to a thousand dollars in a couple of weeks. Talk about SURPRISE billing!
