Millennium Physician Group-Cape Coral Primary-Care

In September, 2024, just three months ago, I became a new patient at Millenium Physicians Group and I brought in all of my previous lab work but also had labs done again at that time. I am on a daily dose of levothyroxine for hypothyroid and have been on this medication for many years. Therewere no changes to warrant a change in dose and I was prescribed my medication. I was given a 90 day supply and when I went to try to get a refill, my request was denied. I reached out to the clinic and they said if I want mymedication, I have to come into the clinic. I have historically been tested every 6 - 12 months and been given refills between those lab tests prior to coming to this office. This clinic is extorting money from patients and it should not beallowed to continue! I have now heard the same from other people who have left this clinic for the same reason. I explained all of the above to them via the patient portal and by phone and the only response, once again, was if you want you
