I have been calling the office for 17 days straight to try and get an appointment, and nobody responds. I fill out the online forms, give all my info, and still nobody responds. I connected with a “Care Coordinator” who tried on my behalf to get me an appt, and nobody responded to him. I was told there was a special person scheduling revision surgery appointments for this office and that person would call me back. Then I was told that person quit. Then I was told the office manager would call me. It’s been 17 days of spending hours trying to get through, and no response. I really hope someone at the practice reads this and understands that their administrative team is denying care to dozens of people. I see multiple reviews about this office all claiming the same thing…that they cannot make an appointment. Fire your entire team starting with your useless office manager.
