Dr. Harbour was highly professional and empathetic to our needs, the same for the Nursing staff and the PA. Also, Jessica, the First Alert Urgent Care Billing Office Manager, went out of her way to fix a problem we were having with their billing office. Jessica made us feel like valued customers and patients. Jessica had the correct code and resubmitted the claims with the correct codes and admitted that the wrong codes were submitted on the first claim. THANKS.
