VERY VERY upset! Been coming here MANY years and have also referred so many new customers here that they bought me a gift certificate for a massage as a thank you to me. Today I had an appointment for a teeth cleaning and to have my crown put back on that fell off (another dentist’s office originally put my crown on) I live 45 min away from here with traffic each way and even thought it’s been a hardship for me to drive there because of distance I’ve continued to come because I believe the dentist does good work but I’ve been contemplating leaving the office because it’s far. Today I forgot my $50 off coupon I had to use towards the crown and they refused to throw me a bone I even offered to have my boyfriend at home take a picture of it to show them or to even mail it there as soon as I got back home. They refused to honor and help me out it was a simple mistake of rushing out the door to be on time and I just forgot my coupon. So I left and didn’t even get my teeth cleaned. No help.
