Visionary Centre for Women

I was a first-time patient at the Visionary Center for Women to receive the O-Shot/PRP for Lichen Sclerosus, Dr. Hayes was compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable. Her nurse Maria was just as compassionate and professional, and the rest of the staff was friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Hayes if you are suffering from LS. She has several solutions for treatment and takes the time to discuss your options. Thank you Dr. Hays!

I can only speak about my personal experience, but it seems apparent to me that Dr.Hayes does not like being questioned and lacks professionalism towards patients with doubts/concerns. Maybe others get a nice version of her, what I got was awkward, cold, dismissive. She wanted me to start treatment but I postponed due to not wanting any side potential side effects before my wedding. She implied that I just wanted to have sex, which she didn't advise during treatment. I was clear that I was abstaining and found this insulting. In my final appt. after I expressed concern about steroids she prescribed, she was quiet, guarded, and 1/2 hr late. After 10 mins she stood up and said " I feel like there's an energy block between us." I asked, "Because I'm asking you questions?" She then very forcefully/ bluntly said, You're here because this affects your relationship. You need to make a choice. I definitely got a refund from this unprofessional strange rude person.
