Very unprofessional staff. Received a bill for $50 for a cancelled appointment and contacted Lisa B in the Winter Haven office. She had an attitude and even hanged up the phone on me. Asked to talk to the Office Manager, Stephanie Smith and did not even called me back. Lisa did not answered my phone messages either. Both times that I got to talk to Lisa B was because I kept on calling. Now they want to charge $50 when you don’t cancel your appt in advance and if you are admitted to the hospital and you cancel the same day they will charge you the $50. Stay away all they care about is MONEY. They don’t care about the patient and will ignore your calls. They are very disrespectful. STAY AWAY. This place is no longer what it used to be. The only good and human being who cared was Dr. Bradfield; Dr. Bradfield retired. Don’t waste your time. Look for a Dr. and office that will care and treat you as you deserve. The staff at Barranco Clinic is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. STAY AWAY!

Very frustrating and disappointing experience. They do not know how to care for their patients. Dropped calls, no returned calls, lack of updated communication (no portal usage), no communication, and the list goes on. Do not waste your time with Barranco Clinic. You will be equally frustrated and ultimately looking for a new ENT.

So poorly managed. All the reviews are accurate; some good and mostly bad. Just he aware of what you're walking in to ..go elsewhere if you have an option.

Referred by South Lake ER with a severe ear wax impaction that has left me almost completely dead. Was told that they would see me within 2 days, they stated they would not work me in and l could not be seen for a month. Was spoken to in a rude manner and no concern whatsoever for my hearing loss that could be corrected within minutes. DO NOT TELL THE ER YOU WILL SEE REFERALS ON A TIMELY BASIS IF YOU WON'T!!!!
