South Lake Gastroenterology

Wow. Was hoping against hope but the negative reviews win. Terrible practice. Unprofessional. You get nothing but voice mail and full mailboxes. Calls are not returned. I never heard from anyone during my tele-med appointment window after waiting five weeks. This is not how one runs a business let alone a medical practice. Please do yourself a favor and avoid South Lake Gastroenterology.

I am frustrated with the Fact that I can never get through to the office to speak to a live individual. You have two options. First you can leave a message with an operator. I have never had any of the messages I left returned. Second, you can send an email, but I have only had one returned. I am trying to pay for a return to work form to be filled out ($45.00), have called and emailed four times since Tuesday, but received no response, Depending on traffic it is a 30 - 45 minute drive to the nearest office. I am currently not working, so would prefer not to spend the money on gas.
