I purchases 2,500 follicle hair transplant. After forgetting to schedule the surgery, when they did schedule technicians to come do the surgery, they only did 1,750 of the follicles. They said the rest were to be done at the next round of implants. I was charged 'in-house' financing for the 750 follicles which I never received and I can not get a refund. I am having to sue just to get my medical records, the $3,000 refund, and file charges for false in-house financing that was billed incorrectly.
