My eye doctor dropped my insurance plan so I made an appointment to see Dr. Annalisa Arosamena. When I arrived at the appointment I was told that she only saw the worst cases so they scheduled me with Dr. Masvidal. I was annoyed that nobody ever told me I was scheduled to see a different doctor but I kept the appointment anyway. After seeing Dr. Masvidal two times, I was given a third appointment to review the visual field study from my second visit with Dr. Masvidal. When I arrived at Dr. Masvidal's office for my appointment I was told that I had been scheduled to see a different doctor at a different location. Moreover, the receptionist at the new office told me that the wait to see Dr. Rojas would be about an hour. I told her to cancel the appointment, I would not wait for an hour to see someone I knew nothing about and had never seen before. I called the office to make an appointment with Dr. Masvidal but was told that there was nothing available for the next four months.
