UNPROFESSIONAL PRACTICES
BEWARE OF UNPROFESSIONAL PRACTICES AT THIS FACILITY!! I WAS MISDIAGNOSED AS HAVING A MODERATELY SUSPICIOUS MASS NECESSITATING I RETURN FOR A BIOPSY. I WENT TO A LOCAL LARGE TEACHING FACILITY WHERE TWO SONOGRAPHERS AND TWO RADIOLOGISTS WERE UNABLE TO DUPLICATE FINDINGS! THEY SAID THE "MASS" WAS "OPERATIONALLY CONTROLLED". THIS MEANS THE SONOGRAPHER'S LACK OF SKILL(PLACEMENT AND PRESSURE OF WAND) PRODUCED AN APPARENT MASS. WHAT WERE THEY GOING TO BIOPSY? HEALTHY BREAST TISSUE? I HAVE HEARD FROM OTHER PATIENTS SIMILAR MISCALCULATIONS MADE. UNFORTUNEATELY ONE REPORTED AN ERROR MADE IN A MISSED DIAGNOSIS MISSING A MASS! OTHER THAN STRESS AND ADDITIONAL OUT OF POCKET FOR SECOND OPINION I UNLIKE THIS POOR WOMAN WAS LUCKY. I WOULD STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY AND WARN OTHERS. (THE PARENT COMPANY GENESISCARE USA OF FLORIDA UNRESPONSIVE TO MY COMPLAINT.)
