After a few years of my husband going to Dr . Sonia it seemed as if he was only a paying person not a patient who would be cared for. My husband has dementia and Dr Sonia wanted to scheduled him for 2 hour testing even though he had been tested before. He does not know the day, date, or month. What would further testing provide?The real reason I decided that I could no longer continue going to this office was Dr Sonia stopped the medication to help to keep my husband calm. After calling the office to get the correct medicine and getting no response , I went to the office. Jessica, the office manager assured me she would personally call me back. It never happened. It is hard enough dealing with my husband’s dementia without the care and cooperation of his doctor and the office.

This was the worst experience. When I called to verify my insurance and make an appointment, I was 100% assured that my co-pay was going to be exactly $20.00 and nothing more. I went in for an autism evaluation, and was given a 5 minute interview and an IQ test, which is NOT what an evaluation is supposed to be. The person who gave me the 'Assessment' was a completely different person than the one who reviewed my results, which makes no sense because the interview is supposed to be what is used to gauge social skills. Dr. Collins was late and rescheduled at the last minute, and then was not prepared for the appointment where I was supposed to be given the results. I was told I would be given my results two days later (on Friday), and when I got nothing in my email, I called and they said it would actually be on Monday. Monday came by and they still didn't send them. I called again and they said this time it would be on Wednesday. Then the process repeated 4 times over the next two wee

I had an 8AM appointment. First thing they did was collect my co-pay. Then I waited an hour before I asked for a refund because the doctor never came to me. When I asked for the refund the receptionists started talking to each other in a different language. The doctor was seeing other patients that had later appointments than I did. I felt so disvalued as a patient. THE OTHER PATIENTS WERE MORE IMPORTANT TO THEM!

Run, don't walk, away from this office! Holy cow do they not care at all about their patients. So So SO bad, I called my insurance company to get them to deny the claim. You'll wait forever in the lobby, then even longer waiting for the Dr. to show up. Clearly, he hadn't read my chart, he could not have cared less about me. Started explaining the wrong issue. Just Awful. They should be ashamed of themselves and should not be allowed to practice medicine. AND they're rude about it!

Dr. Kalirao is the best!

I am very thankful to have found Dr. Kalirao. The staff is so accommodating My both parents go there. They are holocaust survivor and has many medical problems. Dr. Kalirao is always so patient to answer all our questions. When my mom recently got admitted, Doctor came early morning and kept us all informed. Truly grateful.

Amazing neurologist Dr. Kalirao ! We had to wait for three months to get appointment but she was able to give me answers that we have been looking for a while. Did the tests told us to come back. Explained everything in detail. Highly recommend her.
