Decent wait time but ....
Very difficult to get results. Doctor says never received, center says sent. Difficult to get hold of anyone to get portal set up. Apparently only one person knows how? Can't do from website apparently. Very difficult to get timely calls back.

Great experience because of staff
I had a Pelvic and Abdominal scan a few days ago and the experience was great. Various front desk staff were helpful and professional. Nikki, who performed the scan, was delightful and made me feel very comfortable with the process. Her relaxed approach used to provide the clear instructions given were impressive. Because of Nikki the process was a breeze.

Claimed to leave several messages trying to confirm my appointment, yet I have my phone on me 24-7 and received 0 missed calls or messages from them. When I showed up for my appointment they informed me I had to reschedule. Zero attempts to text or email like most other offices also do and would alleviate such miscommunications. I am also not the only person to have had issues with this office. Multiple reschedules for no apparent reason.

Horrible
Absolutely will not step foot in this establishment again. They are rude, condescending, and inconsiderate. They will nickel and dime you. They are lazy and will make you pay for services covered by insurance instead of doing a prior authorization. The waiting time is absurd. Several patients will be taken in before you even well past your appointment time.

My mammogram
NICKEY WAS WONDERFUL AND VERY UNDERSTANDING. SHE WAS QUICK AND EFFICIENT, ALL THE WHILE BEING GENTLE AND VERY UNDERSTANDING. IN FACT I HAVE BEEN THERE TWICE AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. GOT THERE ON TIME AND BEARLY HAD TO WAIT. THERE ARE VERY BUSY SO APPOINTMENTS MAY TAKE ALWHILE TO GET...NICKEY WAS THE BEST.

I had 2 ultrasounds at CDC on 3/14/24. Jessica was professional kind caring. She took excellent care of me. I loved her idea of using a light in the dark on the ceiling showing the universe. It was calming & relaxing. It helps so much

Pleasantly surprised
I was a new patient at Citrus Diagnostic today, and was very pleased with the friendly staff and cleanliness of the establishment. I had an ultrasound done by Kaici ,who is very thorough at her job and a friendly young lady , not to mention her office has a very ascetic feeling to it and smells wonderful. I would definitely recommend Citrus Diagnostic to my friends and family

Very poor service
I just received a bill that is for an MRI done about 14 months ago. I had paid the co-pay on the date of service. I can't even get their billing department to answer the phone - pathetic. Their technical people seem to be knowledgeable and efficient but their accounting department is out to lunch. This is not my first such experience.

Waited one hour for a 5-minute ultrasound for my husband . No excuse for such shoddy scheduling. No one else was waiting more than a few minutes.

My appointment was for 9:45 am. I arrived 10 minutes early in case of any paperwork. At 10:20 I was still waiting for a 9:45 appointment. I cancelled the appointment and will find another center for my ultrasound. Best not to overbook - my time is just important as thiers.
