Do not care about patients

Terrible service, the doctor takes forever, you can see her walking around doing nothing while you wait and wait in the reception area and in the rooms. Needed to change an appointment due to an emergency, they want to charge me for changing it plus charging for a new appointment. They have a call center, you can't speak to anyone at the actual office. Completely unprofessional and no customer service, do not recommend, will never come to this place again, it is clearly a corporation without any regard to the patients. All they care about is money. Like what kind of doctors office has a call center instead of a receptionist. Ridiculous.
