Unfortunately, I could not give this 'doctor's office' less than a one-star review.West Volusia Pediatric Associates is one of the worst pediatricians I have experienced. After my child’s pediatrician retired, the office experience has been negative. We were seen in the fall for an office visit and had to wait an hour over our appointment time to be seen by the Nurse Practitioner. I had asked for an estimated time when we would see the NP during the visit, because we had been waiting, and had not received a response. I had explained I had another appointment on the other side of town and they did not care. When we finally saw the doctor, our appointment lasted four minutes. We were told that they could not help us, and if the problem persisted further, they would refer us to another office. About 15 days later, we received a bill from the doctor’s office, explaining we had to pay for the office visit, insurance did not cover everything. Come to find out, West Volusia Pediatrics bille
