Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery - Boca Raton

I've been coming here for years for Pilonidal cyst drainage and left extremely disappointed. When I originally booked the appointment, the lady on the phone spoke as if cyst removal was an option at this practice. However, when I got called in, the doctor essentially told me the removal wasn't an option here and to book somewhere else. Additionally due to the nature of the questions they were asking me in the room, it seemed as if my issue wasn't taken seriously and that they didn't read my record at all. This cyst had been coming back for years. Usually Dr. Schiff would've drained the cyst or tried to remove the ingrown hair at the stage it's at right now. Dr. Adriana only prescribed me an antibiotic which isn't going to help and told me to come back when it gets inflamed. They seemed to be nice, but I didn't get any solution for my money. Coming here was a big waste. If I knew they couldn't remove the cyst, I wouldn't have booked an appointment. If you want cyst removal, go elsewhere

I've been a patient at the Boca Raton office for a number of years and have always been pleased with the care I received there. And recently even more so. Just had to thank Dr. Adriana Abuchar who recently, after a procedure for the treatment of skin cancer, took the time , to call me at home to see how I was feeling. That caring is so rare in the medical field today it should be acknowledged. I highly recommend this practice.

They allowed a trainee to finish stitching me up after surgery! It left a giant hole! Extremely unprofessional and probably malpractice!
